scrapper with savage melee the blood frenzy stacks dont show on my buff bar

i made a new savage melee rad scrapper and as u can see it the photo the stacking stacks of beta decay are there but when i attack the blood  frenzy stacks from savage will not show there  i can look over at team window and buffs and see them but the buff bar where i look as im playing they will not show for some reason

I would go to Menu/Options/Windows and look at the Status Window Buff Display settings. I'm assuming that since my Bio/Savage Tank still shows the Buffs it is probably a setting there causing the issue.
