Cimerora and thumbtacks

Was badge hunting in Cimerora today and sometimes when I placed a thumbtack, it would take me to the same location which would be nowhere near where I placed it. Tried at 4 different badge locations before finally just flying in the direction of the badge marker. My Vidiotmaps is currently up to date as well so I'm not sure what the problem is/was.

Ah. Ok, so I went and did the place on map using the mouse, and I see where stuff went wrong.  The Mouse will just put it in a spot at whatever elevation it wants to (zero?)

For example the Badge Darkness Unleashed at [-170.0 192.0 1490.0]

 

If I use my mouse, it puts in underground and for some reason it thinks the door to the south  [-1284.0 261.5 3099.5] is the way to get there.

 

Going to the waypoint per Wiki or the excellent BadgeSetList menu points to the correct spot.
