Regen Questions ??

1) Should i take and slot Fast Healing ??  

2) How would you slot Quick Recovery ??

3) Would you take Reactive Regeneration or the other (can't think of the name), and how would you slot it ??

4) How would you slot Ailment Resistance ??

5) How would you slot Resilience ??

6) How would you slot Second Wind ??

7) Would you take Moment of Glory ??

1. Depends, but if you take Reactive Regeneration you really don't need to. If you do take it, mule with a Regen proc IO.
2. Depends on how your overall Recovery looks. Typically Perf Shifter Proc + Perf Shifter Endmod. If you're really topped off on End and don't need the help, a Synapse End/Runspeed mule.
3. Reactive Regen 100%. I'm sure there are edge cases for Instant Healing but RR is just outstanding. I slot almost all the Heal powers with 5 pc Panacea. I put the Panacea proc in Integration. Second Wind gets a 6 slot Prev Med.
4. I think I muled Numina proc in there.
5. Usually Steadfast Protection proc, Gladiator's Armor Proc and a +5 Gladiator's Armor Resist.

7. Really depends on global recharge you have but on the high end I go 4 pc LOTG with the proc plus 3 pieces with Recharge. Low end for a tight build just the LOTG proc.
