Cortex error with Epidemiologist Badge

Since Ish 27 page 3, defeating Cortex in the Graveyard Shift arc has counted towards the Epidemiologist badge.  

 

However, now it is not.  I rechecked the notes for the recent updates and didn't see any changes for that badge.  Please correct me if I am wrong about this. 

 

Open Beta is running an earlier version number of the game and on Open Beta, Cortex in the Graveyard Shift arc still counts.   When you knock him down and he summons his copies is when the badge tick occurs.  

 

However on LIVE the version number is higher then Open Beta, and on LIVE there is no badge tick in that same fight any longer.  

 

Have rechecked it and even made a comparison video recording. 

 

The other 6 Vahzilok bosses in Graveyard shift still count but Cortex is the 7th and no longer is counting. 

 

So for now the only ways to get Cortex that will count are: 

 

1. Find him in the Abandoned Sewer map

 

2. Last mission of Posi 2 TF with either a team of 8 or if you are soloing the TF, set yourself to 8 spawn and you will find him in that mission.

 

So, the question now is: Graveyard Shift bugged or was this a change?
