I completed the Straxt are including the mission where you "rescue" Francois but Straxt won't mention him as a contact?

What level are you? Is it possible you out-leveled Dr. Francois?

He is 20-24; I am 20.  Straxt doesnt' offer him, but offers 2 others.  Do I have to talk to one of the others first?

Is it possible that it is an alignment issue? I know that the Hero / Vigilante Contacts are the same, but is it possible they are different based on whether you are a Villain or Rogue?

The Wiki makes no distinction but does list Dr. Francois last in the contact list so perhaps he may be offered after you complete one of the other 2, they each offer a different Arc so I would think that it would be possible to do them all. You could also check Ouroboros for availability if all else fails.

never mind figured it out, had to pick another contact first.
