Noctunestar Posted August 9 Posted August 9 I created this account on my apple mobile device. As I am posting this, I expect it shows I know my email and password for logging into the account. However when I try to log into the forums on my PC laptop using the identical email and password, your systems says I typed it wrong and after a few tries locks my account. This occurs even if I cut and paste the data so typos are impossible. My phone cannot run the game, which is why I am trying to access the forums for download using my PC laptop. I’ve tried logging into the account with 3 different browsers and kept getting the same results. After first attempt to log into I get the verify you are a living breathing person not a bot. Then it forces me to re log into the account and rejects my input. any suggestions?

Noctunestar Posted August 9 Author Posted August 9 Changed the password via the link to account settings. First time trying to log in after changing password, system rejected my cut and paste said my password was wrong. Second time, without changing anything, it accepted my cut and paste and I can access the forum on my PC laptop. Now to make a game account =) Thank you for your help !! 1
Game Master GM Crumpet Posted August 9 Game Master Posted August 9 The problem with cut and paste is it often puts metadata in the box as well as whatever you copied, so you are better just typing it in manually. Even something like an unexpected space can throw it off.
Noctunestar Posted August 9 Author Posted August 9 I will remember your advise for future use to avoid similar issues. Thank you for helping me out 1
