Mids on Mac OSX

I apologise if I’m posting something that has been posted before, but I’ve managed to get Mids installed on Mac and stupidly hit the update button.  It will now not launch - the script launches, but then dies before the app runs.

 

Has anyone experienced this?  Does any one have a solution?
