legendaryjman Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago I have been wanting CoH to make a sand debuffing set forever. Something that would use Sirocco's powers as a base and extrapolate. When I saw homecoming has Seismic Blast I got kinda excited that maybe sand debuff exists, but alas, not yet. So what would you suggest? What secondary do you think i could make into a sand debuff using the color editor? I'm thinking dark but in looking at it its a little too fuzzy. That is when I figured i should go to the corruptor forums for their expert opinions.
