kenlon Posted Friday at 07:05 AM Posted Friday at 07:05 AM (edited) I'm dusting off some of my old alts that I made around Homecoming's launch and never leveled. One of them is my Fire/Time blaster. Since he's my next 50 in the making, I'm working out a build for him in Mid's and ending up with a conundrum. Time Lord states "If you are affected by the Accelerated effect, your powers will recharge even faster". Chronos is the only thing that grants Accelerated in Temporal Manipulation. However, I cannot, for the life of me, find out what bonus recharge you get for the duration of the Accelerated buff, which makes it hard to calculate in how much effective +recharge it provides. Mid's doesn't include it in any way I can find either. I tried searching the blaster forum, and I've not seen an answer to this. Am I just being dumb and missing something obvious? EDIT: I was, in fact, missing something obvious. Looking at the detailed info on the Time Lord power in game (thank you, test server), it apparently gives you an extra 10% recharge while Accelerated is on you, which is 10 seconds. That seems incredibly weak, and doesn't match up with what I've seen people post about how Time Lord makes getting perma-hasten no effort at all. What am I missing now? Uun Posted Friday at 02:17 PM Posted Friday at 02:17 PM Time Lord provides a 20% recharge buff (and 60% recharge/speed debuff resistance) all the time. While the Accelerated buff is active it provides an additional 10% recharge buff (and an additional 30% recharge/speed debuff resistance). https://cod.uberguy.net/html/power.html?power=blaster_support.time_manipulation.time_lord&at=blaster Uuniverse
kenlon Posted Saturday at 12:53 PM Author Posted Saturday at 12:53 PM Okay, so basically sweet fuck-all. *shrug* Doesn't matter, I made the guy years ago, I'm gonna finish him off. 😄
