Pupil badge bugged?

I happened to get Slayer and Silver Bullet on one of my characters, so I figured I'd take a shot at the Atlas Medallion.  I got Spelunker with no trouble, Top Dog was easy enough...  Pupil is at 4/5 and won't complete.  I've shut the game down and logged back in, I've visited two plaques in KR, one in Atlas, one in Perez, and one in the Galaxy Echo.  I've done multiple laps around these in an hour trying to figure what I could be missing.  I'm convinced something is wrong with my character's status in re: reading these plaques and getting the badge.

 

The specific character's name is Black Bloc, if you were gonna look at it on the backend.

Make sure you're going to the exact listed plaques, the wiki had [copy] links to make sure you're hitting the right ones.

Had one more look at the same list of plaques - it turns out there are TWO plaques in Atlas Park that reference Atlas, and only one is relevant.  Thanks anyway!
