Please help fix my attempt at a SuperStrength/Stone armor brute build

The title says it all, so just a few comments to explain my goals for this build:

- PvE only, no PvP.

- Mostly for solo play. I team a lot, but I generally prefer ranged- or support chars for that.

- Should be useable when exemplared down, as I do a lot of that. Which also means that the build cannot depend on incarnate abilities to solve any problems.

- Unlimited budget

- I am not opposed to using procs in this build, but frankly I don't trust myself to understand procs well enough to place them in a build in a smart way (see also below re. my brute-ignorance)

- Suggestions on a good (and not too complicated, if possible) attack rotation would be nice as well.

Brute is one of those ATs which I have never been able to get into. Not sure why, and it is not for lack of trying (3 brutes before this one, two of which got 50'ed w/o any speedlevelling). I mention this only to make it clear that even though I have a moderate amount of experience making my own builds for other ATs, brute builds evade me and I wouldn't be able to recognize a good one even if it painted itself purple and jumped up and down in front of me while singing "Good builds are here again" 🙂  So I really would appreciate you guys' input on how to turn this into a decent SS/Stone.

Many thanks in advance :)

Proc'd out version, though maybe test on Test Server first to make sure it exemplars well to whatever levels you plan on using it at without endurance issues. The build could use another slot for Hand Clap to add a +5 accuracy IO as even with double stacked rage, you're a little low on accuracy for the power. It's taken towards the end since the incarnate level shift will help alleviate some of that. If you prefer, you can replace one of the damage procs in KO Blow for a FF +rech as well.

Small note on your original build, you can replace slotting 2 pieces of Reactive Defense for 2 pieces of Red Fortune, iirc they're a bit cheaper on the market and will offer the exact same 1.5% resist bonus.
