SR/MA or StJ

I believe that the +Def from Storm Kick would be overkill with SR, so I wonder if StJ would be better.  Is one better than the other or are they about the same?

Sr is so good on a tank I’m unsure you could f it up if you tried. 
 

I have both on scrappers. I’d probably go MA for storm kick and dragons tail both being good on tank.  Really opens up more slots for more resist /hp/regen bonuses when defense is covered by default.

SR can get to incarnate soft cap fairly easily on a tank,  so storm kick is kind of wasted.   That being said,  MA is still all around a good set.   Street Justice probably lags a little compared to MA, but I think it will mostly come down to personal preference/flavor.  I like StJ's animations better than MA's, so that was what I chose.

MA should hit harder against mobs. Focus Chi has a higher damage buff compared to Combat Readiness. Additionally, Eagles Claw provides a short damage boost, useful if you can follow it up with some good AoEs, perhaps a quick one from epic/patron like BoL, Dark Obliteration, or Fireball + Dragon's Tail before the damage buff from EC expires. Even the ST attacks from MA hit harder compared to StJ. But at the end of the day, if you prefer animations of one over the other, just go with who you'll feel happier playing imo.
