How do I learn, How to figure out how to build a Hero with Enhancements?

Thats awesome, you've certainly got the right attitude!

Also once you've got your stalker build, don't be shy about posting it in the Stalker forums and asking ppl how you may be able to improve the build (another great way to hone your build crafting skills). Posts where someone makes a build and states their goals and then asks for advice tend to be more warmly received than the posts that say "I just hit 50 on my fire/elec scrapper, who has a build for me?"
