Don't Know Where Else To Post This: Billie Heck Level Range Wrong

Okay, so this is a wiki problem, not a game problem, unless the wiki is right and Billie should be talking to me.

 

Anyway, according to the wiki, Billie Heck is a level 5-9 contact. My current Stalker is a level 5, almost level 6. I just completed a Mayhem and Drea the Hook introduced me to Billie Heck. And Billie won't talk to me except to say I'm too low level, I need to be level 6 for his content.

 

I don't know where else to post this, so I'm posting it here. Maybe whomever is maintaining the wiki will read this and fix that. Maybe the devs will go "Wait, he's supposed to be a level 5-9 contact!" and fix Billie. Either way, I'm just trying to let someone that may be able to fix one or the other know.

I'd be curious if you can do Mr Bocor or Angelo Vendeti since they're starting at level 5.  Bocor to 9, and Angelo to 10

Yes, you can walk up to Mr. Bocor at level 5 and he will immediately start giving you missions without needing an introduction. (Edit: Mr. Bocor was how I got to level 6.) I only do Angelo Vendetti's badge mission through Ouroboros, and he needs an introduction to access to the best of my knowledge, so no idea on him.
