Ice Armor - Icy Bastion

Maybe I missed it noted in an update, did they turn Icy Bastion back into Hibernate for scrappers? I thought it was a tier 9 resist armor. I just picked it up today, excited to use it, and when I clicked it, it turned me into hibernate mode.

The option to fully recover from a dire situation or keep on fighting is some nice utility. If you just want to keep scrapping, tap the button twice and it'll quickly break the hibernate mode.

It’s currently both powers in one.  Activate it and you are in Hibernate and untouchable and you will gain endurance and health quickly and safely.  When you deactivate it, you get a resistance, recovery, and regeneration buff for the remainder of the 30 seconds like the original power.  It adds a lot of versatility but it’s a pain to get used to hitting it twice to get the original effect.
