Are these supposed to be done solo?

They do not state solo leading you to believe you can do them with a group BUT

everytime my friends and I run a group through these arcs only the team leader gets credit for completion ,none of the other members even get the option at the end of each mission to accept credit for someone helping them.

I know specifically that you get credit for most of the missions in Matthew Habashy.  Aaron Theiry gives you credit for everything but the final mission - because it requires you to make a choice to wrap up the arc, and only the team leader makes that choice, so sadly everyone else to run the last mission separately to complete the arc.

 

EDIT:  Also, if your teammates aren't choosing to autocomplete that mission when exiting, then they won't get credit, and if they don't have the same mission they don't get credit.
