Need help with the Discord Channel

I 'm trying to sign up/log in under my name, Pogoman. I have other channels I am in on Discord. it shows my e-mail address and password filed in and I click 'Claim Account' otherwise I cannot type on this particular server. But, when i click on it it says 'e-mail already registered'. What am i doing wrong?  Or how do I rectify ths?

Make sure that you haven't connected as a guest.  If you're connected on a guest account rather than your registered Discord account, the "claim account" window won't accept your email address because it already belongs to your existing account.
