Just hit 50, could use help with a build that's actually good.

Just got my Dark Blast/Pain Domination Corruptor to 50 yesterday and I'm a bit lost. I know my current build is terrible but I didn't really care since I was just leveling. I'd love to get some input on a build that will deal decent damage and allow for good healing but I realize that may spread me too thin making both of them subpar. My only must haves for the flavor are Teleport, Recall Friend, Conduit of Pain, and I would prefer the Dark Mastery Epic Pool but could be swayed to change that. All of my enhancement slots are filled with the level 25 IOs I made so honestly anything will probably be an upgrade but my understanding of sets is limited and Incarnates were not a thing when I played on live so I'm up for anything there. Thanks in advance for any and all help!
