Tooling around with it on my Sentinel and noticed that it doesn't seem to hurt anything.

Same here.  Level 41 with 2 level 35 Damage IOs and it does around 25 to yellows.

Same here, also there is NO number value to damage in the detailed info on it -and when I slot it and look at the quick tip is shows the damage enhancement percent but the base value and finale value areas are empty

As of today 8/31/2019 the pool power Spring Attack is not doing any damage while using my level 38 Elect/Regen Sentinel.  I thought that this was fixed in the Aug 27, 2019 patch.

 

Please advise.  thanks!

I didn't know it wasn't doing any damage.. I just thought it was a crap power I needed to respec out of....
