Not at this time. Someone would have to make a new tool for that purpose, as none exists in the released code.

They've said the only way they can do this right now is by hand. Which I assume means having to re-create your character on their side with all the powers, influence, recipes and items that character has. And then maybe deleting the original. Sounds like a lot of work on their part.

 

Maybe they could offer a one time move (1 max) within a certain time frame for those who started on the first 2 servers who would like to help balance the load by moving. But even that could be time consuming for them.
