Reshade is an open source application that you can search for.  But it seems like the updates after 6.4.1 were not compatible with City of Heroes.

 

As always, be conscious and careful of links you click on and applications you download & install.

I'm currently using 6.6.1 and having no issues with CoH. 🤷‍♀️

I don't use it, I was just conveying comments others left on the site you posted that the 6.5 series was having problems with COH.  I guess they fixed them by 6.6.1.

Oh that could be. I jumped from 6.4.1 to 6.6.1, never used 6.5.1.
