Graphical Issues with Fade

The Fade power from Dark support set is giving my character a graphical issue where it causes my character to flicker quickly. This only affects my character and not other NPC/PC's who are affected by the power, they seem normal under the power. I have adjusted all of my graphical settings to see if there is any change in the behavior and I was not able to get it to change. I have reinstalled my graphic drivers (Nvidia 1080 Ti) Current: 431.36. My resolution is 2560x1080 and I have the DPI settings checked on the Score.exe.

 

Anyone else have this issue or know a way to further troubleshoot it?

 

Edit: I also wanted to add I have no other graphical issues with anything else as far as I know. Ultra settings for everything, including Rikti raids, MoM Pendragon and large Hami raids and nothing has caused an issue.
