PvP "portable" arena tool

Right now to challenge another hero we both have to go all the way to an arena (that are always empty). Also, is not possible to challenge another hero outside to warburg (that limits your level when you enter)

My suggestion is this:
Add a power that works in the same way of the computers in the arena, so that players can check and queue into an arena/pvp event from any place (except when in a mission map)

Champions online used to have this feature: players could duel at any place, and queue for a pvp fight or pvp game at any time. And this was a pretty cool feature

You can already do this by typing /arenalist

The devs actually made 'no challenges outside PvP areas' a thing for a reason - means no trolls spamming people with onscreen pop-ups "BigSwinginEPEEN has challenged you to a duel'.  I am perfectly fine with PvP remaining exactly in the places it's in already.
