Psi/EM Blaster PVP build

So I played a ton of COH back in the day, but never really got into the PVP too much.  I'm usually a PVP player in most games and would really like to have a PVP specific char in COH now that the game is available again.  I was really hoping to build a PSI/EM blaster, but I can't find builds anywhere and I'm clueless with the skills/enhancements I really should take for PVP.  Could anyone post a Pine's/Mids build specific to PVP for this AT?  I would really appreciate it as I'm pretty clueless at the moment.

Don't know if there's been a Psi/EM build posted, but there have been plenty of Psi/* builds posted on the PvP Discord.

Have a read thru this general build post and then you can search the discord for blaster builds to use as a starting point.
