Bug Report - Free respec not awarded at level 40 and 50

Upon leveling up to 40 I was not awarded a free respec. I thought I must be crazy and waited until 50, but again the game did not award it. Typing /respec just told me I was out of respecs and to see jack wolfe (who is non functional on I25)

 

Not sure if it matters, but I had respecced 3 times prior to discovering this bug.

 

Am I just SOL?

I just hit 40 myself and did not get a freespec either. I tried asking the guys from /help but.. well... I did not get any answers. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I haven't made it that far (yes I'm slow)...

But since Jack Wolfe has been removed, there has to be some way they award the respecs... maybe a salvage token? or email?

Wolfe hasn't been removed.

Jack Wolfe, the respec NPC, has been moved inside the Omega Team Memorial.

 

Go into the city hall building in Atlas Park, turn left and enter the door at the end of the short corridor, just past the vending machine (you need to click the door, not walk into it)
