Rad/Kin Corr was this a thing?

I tried searching for this but it does not appear to be anywhere. Well, I searched Rad/Kin, rad / kin, etc. Plenty of rad/this and kin/that. or that/kin and this/rad. You get the photo. I swear this was a popular well liked build(for solo-ing and teams alike). So, am I swearing correctly, or is my memory failing me? If this is somewhere else, please direct me to the correct forum, and I will post there.
