lOOKING FOR END GAME RA/TW TANK BUILD PLEASE.

I am looking for a well built Radiation Armor / Titan Weapon build that can tank Task Forces and do the ITF  easliy.  Cost does not matter, Results are what I am looking for.  With doing TaskForces .. please keep in mind  being Exempted  on choosing powers.   I am terrible at the numbers game, which is why I am posting here.  If anyone has a Great Build please share it.,  I would be  Super Grateful!  Thanks in advance.
