Power Surge + Burnout

Anyone tried this?  What happens if you hit Power Surge again right before the first one wears off?  Does it still crash, or does it just extend the duration?  I don't really have anything else I want to take so I figured I'd try picking up Burnout on my Savage/Elec, just in case I need to go absolute nutbar Super Saiyan 3 mode for 6 minutes.

I haven't tested it with Power Surge in particular (you could do so on the test server however), but as far as I know, the effects overlap, meaning you get positive effects of both for a short while, then crash but keep positive effects from the one thats still ongoing. Depending on the individual effects of the crash, it can either be quite useful (i.e. Willpower) or an absolute waste, so my suggestion is to test it for yourself on Justin.
