Some of the powers in here you might recognize like the Rad/Rad powers for Brutes and such.

 

SO much Nostalgia.  Again thanks again huge to Charistoph for finding.  I don't know how long we'll have our new home in CoH and I have NO idea if anyone operating the servers will push out further issues but if any of those things are to happen there are some nice ideas in here it's over 100+ pages of power suggestions
