Can't login to HC Beta

Hey all,

 

I have had an active account on HC since launch. My understanding was that same login should allow me access to the Beta server, yet it does not seem to work. Any thing I can try to get in?

If you've changed your password recently, the beta account will still be using the previous one.  Otherwise, file a ticket about it and we can take a look.

Thanks. I have not changed my password. Where do I file that ticket? Here? In game?

The server status page is showing Justin as down at the moment.
