Rad/Eng build?

Can anyone recommend a good 'end game' build that's suitable for grouping?

Tons of options there so would need a more specific list of wants. I mean pick the attacks you like, throw in som SOs and you have a build that fits what you are asking. 

 

Or you can post a build with the attacks you like and others can see where improvements can be made.

I haven’t yet seen any Rad/Eng builds so I can’t post any, and I’ve no idea how to go about it. Figured I gave a pretty good idea of what’s needed.
