Psionic Brass network for Paladin

Has anyone figured out how to find these @$%#ers easily?  I've found a few hanging around on fire escapes of all places, but I'm now wearing down the roads in Kings Row running around looking for the rest.

I think they shoot energy beams at the Paladin every once in a while, so you can backtrack those to their source.

 

binding a key to targetcustomnext conduit should also help.
