Dual Pistols bug?

I am using dual pistols/devices archetype, and I selected Munitions Mastery in the epic pool set. It allowed me to use an assault rifle, so when I select one when creating my character, the right pistol disappears. But when I have 2 pistols again, the assault rifle disappears. Was this intentional, or a bug?

I think it's a bug. It's the same with Ninja Epic power pool. No swords/katana. From what I gather, it hasn't been resolved yet. And since the priority of the devs is getting the 64-bit stabilised for everyone, I suspect this is fairly low on the priority list. I'm sure they'll get to it sooner or later.
