Marr965 Posted September 3, 2019 Share Posted September 3, 2019 The thumbtack marker on the compass does not match with the thumbtack marker on the map. This discrepancy can be at least as much as .61 of a mile, and possibly bigger, as determined today at around 12.35 UTC. This bug has only been noticed by me in Mercy Island, and more specifically when attempting to set off-shore thumbtacks, but may be present in other zones or circumstances. justicebeliever Posted September 3, 2019 Share Posted September 3, 2019 So I am not the only one. I went to Mercy and Port Oakes a couple weeks ago and had the same problem. I was just hunting the badges using Vidiotmaps and some of those are on the outskirts of those maps. Same issue, the waypoint on the compass was pointing as much as 60-90 degrees in the wrong direction.
