Beast/Cold Incarnate Advice?

Theory-crafting for a new build (he's L16 now) and I've got a basic shell mostly to where I want it:

• Soft-capped personal S/L/E, with all positionals being a small purple away
• Soft-capped pets to everything but F/C (with 2 bubbles, Arctic Fog, Maneuvers)
• 3 procced-out attacks so he's not standing around doing nothing

 

Aside from looking for holes in the build, the main question I have is: What do I do with incarnates, particularly Alpha and Hybrid? Agility or Spiritual Alpha would help my mediocre recharge, but really not benefit anything else. Can I do better there? And I guess Support Hybrid to push closer to incarnate soft cap, or again am I missing something else?
