Any suggestions?

Can someone make this more balanced? I am trying this myself, and don't spec scrappers much. Hoping this isn't too end hog happy. Can always run musc rad, or go hybrid I suppose. I dont necessarily like conserve energy, but physical perfection is always welcome. I want ample recharge, S/L/E/Ne def caps, and not too much end hogging. Attached is a build I have been working on. I want to make sure it will have enough end and recharge for a smooth rotation whilst capping the defenses and maintaining a relevant amount of res, and outputting decent damage. My main thing is to pick up touch of fear and gloom, but this affects my S/L res due to enhancements. Is Touch of Fear worth it? Was thinking of taking 3 slots from health out and adding to a skill. Here is the latest iteration I have made, tweaking Snarky's build a little. I dropped Touch of fear and Oppressive gloom and grabbed Acrobatics and Combat Jumping instead. I did this for the KB, hold, and immobilize protection, which at times became annoying. This gives me a total of 13 KB protection. I took cardiac Alpha. Res looks good, and defense is slightly improved, even though I know the set doesn't have ddr protection, its how it played out with the toggles. I do miss oppressive gloom a little, but I didn't find myself using Touch of Fear much. The damage version of this is Musc Radial combined with Hybrid for the end discount. Gumbo DMDA Brute.mbd

I am looking at the build that has Soul Mastery in it. Can I get away with Musc Rad on that, or do you think I will need something more like Vigor or Cardiac to calm the end?

Yea I don't need Cross Punch either. Was just trying to get to Def cap, but since being told of the DDR issue, need to focus on res more i think. Maybe I will get Soul Mastery instead.

Can you send me what you would do with alterations? I dont need cloak of fear necessarily. I know its an ask but the meat and potatoes is there for the most part.

Hi all, I wanted you to check out a DM/DA Brute build that I am working on. I took cross punch on this build to also use Obliteration to reach the 45% cap. Want to see what your thoughts are on it. mids_build (DMDA CP).mbd

For example, I take Intuition radial Paragon as a Brute, will this affect abilities like soul drain or shadow maul, or is it only ranged abilities such as fire blast, cages, etc that this gets applied to?

Does anyone have any builds out there for this particular combo, and also, what would you recommends as an epic power pool ability? Was thinking Mu Mastery.

Could Vigor be used in place of Agility, or is the recharge needed for Drain Psyche? My thought is Accuracy benefits every ability offensively including drain psyche, plus wouldn't the healing augment drain psyche regen? Also, want to talk about mez. I assume we are going Clarion on this build? If not, then would it be okay to get jumping with acrobatics, vs burnout? Also could get Hover with evasive manuevers. Just trying to think of the logic behind it all. Thanks.

The version was the problem..I didn't have the new issue 27 update. All is well now.

When I try to copy this build, it seems to crash Mids Reborn.
