Here is a quick BA/SR Build. SR is good because you get added recharge, DDR, and positionals capped easily, as well as near perma hasten and added run speed. Practiced Brawler is nice for added protection. End management isn't bad at all. I went with Musc Radial alpha. I aslo went for stacking HP and regen as you can see from all the LotG. Added heal and regen procs in stam and health for added regen. Elude will be your oh shit button. Take ageless for added end/recharge (with ageless build up recharge is 20 sec, so essentially down for only 10 sec which is nice), or go with rebirth radial for added regen (extra survival). Wanted help on this take and if you believe another armor set would be better for SJ synergy. I went for resistances, perma hasten with destiny slot and 12 pts of KB prot. Do I need that positional def melee cap? If so, perhaps SR would be better... Scrapper (SJ-Electric).mbd

This look a little better? I took 1 away from battle agility and put into build up for the hp, then slotted grit with numina to get ranged to cap, and put a regen proc into health instead. took out the phalanx slots as well as adding that recharge to active defense. I have been toying around with this for 30 min, and I am getting frustrated. Wanting near perma hasten while maintaining my Defense caps, whilst making sure i dont sacrifice too much res or endurance and maintaining decent damage sets in abilities. Thanks for the pointers!! This looks like what I was wanting, just as you said, optimized 😃 So far just hitting 50 I am liking the amount of control and those team buffs to def/res. Seems pretty strong for a team.

Is this any better? Care to take a stab at manipulating what I have? I did max heat loss, and put res into arctic fog as I was ranged def capped. Added fire blast as an extra ST ability with heal proc and took Rise in case I croak. Also took glacial earlier and slotted expedient into tri cannon. I am around 1 seconds from perma hasten with this and 3.4 from perma heat loss. Kind of like the KD proc in Sleet, but could put something else there. Have about 8 KB Protection, is that enough? First time building a Controller. Looked like a fun set having various holds, KD's, slows etc...Looking for build rework or feedback. Again, first time building. Went for 12 KB Prot and put in some sets for toxic/psi res. Thinking power boost would be nice to take, but open to other power sets. Anyone have expensive build for SS/BIO? Looking for decent recharge for rage uptime, stomp, Siphon, Parasitic, and IO sets boosting regen/recovery, since that is what is nice about bio. Still want to to be fairly beefy too. Couldn't find many builds online. If you have another take post build. Appreeciate insight/builds, context.

I want to squeeze out enough def to be melee cap with farsight and better mez protection or at the very least maybe S/L def cap with better mez? Can someone help me alter this build?
