Also noticing the same issue on Obsidian Shield

On a brute, it does not work. On a tank, it works.

I recently designed a new character with the Dark Armor power Dark Embrace. In the costume generation, I set that power to "No fade or pulse." However, the character still fades and pulses when I have the power active. I checked another Dark Armor character which I made a few weeks ago, and the no fade or pulse option is working correctly on that character. Please advise.
