Found some instructions elsewhere that worked for me. go into regedit and delete the [Cryptic] folder. at some point it put it back automatically without me having to do a complete reinstall.

I'm glad you posted this, i been wracking my brain trying to figure out how to spec mine now that's i got her to 50. I haven't found a specific build for Ill/Time yet, but from what i see of most combos of Ill/blah or blah/Time they have a much different power pool selection. I'm surprised you skipped Time's Juncture and Temporal Selection. for any big boss type guys, or grouping, they look great. I plan on taking a very different route on my power pools. But what you got looks pretty functional. (but i'm pretty n00b, so /shrug)

I saw elsewhere in the forums that if it's in the Documents folder it can create some permission issues. try putting it in a C:\Game\CoH folder I'm having a sudden similar issue. game was running, had a BSOD, now the game won't load. just a black screen. Still troubleshooting.
