Titan weapon is not viable WITHOUT incarnates or an endurance replenishing damage gimped primary for tank, secondary for brutes and scrappers. Nerfing a powerset...ANY powerset is the wrong direction, any perceived weaker powerset should be buffed. Very counter intuitive to say the least to call for a nerf of a powerset based on the criteria I have seen in this thread. I've got a bajillion hours of playtime from the dawn of live until now and I've seen enough to know better than the silliness I've read above.
