This is a leveling build with a few Set IOs thrown in. I'm at 22 now, and a major focus is reducing End cost...Not sure if I did it ok, or if I overdid it. Any major mistakes I made here? I'm not particularly tied to any of the power picks, if there is something better to substitute in there, let me know. I'm really bad at creating builds from scratch - assistance would be appreciated.

Its not a horrible powerset, combo, but not really effective as a sapper by any means.
