Would be nice if the "Human skull" floating head option was available in the think tank, as well as with helmets and maybe hoods? Way better and more updated texture than the old fashion skull option, be nice to have pelvis/forearm/ribcage and other boney options for undead characters as well.

/visscale 4 is the first thing i type in any time i enter my base or anyone else's. Its like the base building equivalent of offering a guest a drink, just common decency. We ain't savages!

/visscale 500, you have to retype it every now and then. but it does work for seeing even further than the graphics menu will let you. I'm sure there may be a way to permanently set it to default to. Maybe even further than 500? I think the in-game UI options let you go to 200.

I haven't personally noticed this happening in mine, maybe its certain objects that are more prone to doing it? Try taking before and after screenies if you notice it happen. If it is indeed random, I wonder what would be causing it- I'm pretty OCD about base building and like most people who love it to if one thing just randomly moves we tend to notice, I'd be very curious to see whats going on, and if its a real issue that needs to be addressed. When building my current one I would sometimes be inside a structure placing pieces inside a wall and if a certain piece accidentally didn't get placed as I wanted I'd ctrl+z to undo it, but then sometimes end up finding said missing wall piece outside somewhere it doesn't belong.

Cool. But reducing the recharge and or animation time of the base tp doesn't seem unreasonable either.

More than just 10 teleport points, if that hasn't already been mentioned, would be awesome. And as awesome as that would be it would be even more super awesome if you could customize the "name" of the teleport point. Zayin/Beth etc is nice, but is it as nice as Living Room/Backyard, etc? Wishful hopes at this point, but it is a suggestion.

I have no idea what the plans were for a final incarnate ability, maybe something is in the works?
If there was an omega slot, what would it do? Would it be like a godmode? Do we even need any more incarnate abilities?

Honestly there is a height cap, but you can use shift to drag objects up or down once you place them on a floor or surface. I think even the highest tower on the keep isn't hitting the top yet.

Might be fun to do a series of individual bases designed as a puzzle/exploration format. You can hide clues or letters through a base. For example, a forrest with a set of letters and numbers. You discover all these clues,it gives you the passcode to the next "level" or base using the enter base slash command. Obviously you would need to use throwaway toons or seperate characters per base. It could make for a fun Myst style exploration mini-game. Go from a dungeon, to a desert, to an office building. Taking portals. Etc. Anyone try this?

I have a base with the largest possible room, 5k objects, at least 1k of those (and probably closer to 2k) are trees, which have animation and sound tied to them. I have not noticed any lag whatsoever, and nobody has pointed lag out to me yet.

Has anyone experimented to see at what point a base's quantity of objects/textures start to cause server issues/lag or players crashing inside the base? For those of us with latge scale or more ambitious projects it might be a good idea to know. Got the largest plot possible for our Castle, including several rooms and at least 1500 objects so far. The FPS hasnt taken a noticeable hit but i do have a brief period of texture rendering thats visible for certain objects when entering. Tbf i do run CoH on an older pc.

Id kill for more of those in base teleport points. Unless they work when far enough apart it really only allows for 5 in base tound trip teleporters. Would open up a lot of cool possibilities if we had more.

A medieval themed base on Torchbearer.
The castle is well fortified by a moat and guard turrets. There is a small town market, arena, crypt, dungeon, hedge maze, forest, secret passage and
several hidden magical artifacts. Rumor has it there is a cave beneath the island that shelters a sleeping dragon..

Hopefully in the next patch they will answer our prayers *hint hint nudge nudge*Lava you can get away with by coloring the muddy water surfaces a reddish/orange color and adding in flame effects. Not perfect, but it does work. I did this for a base that I built. Will try to post some photos of it.

Follow up question: I upgraded my plot last night and added my big "outdoor" room but I don't see any "snow" floor tiles. I see several grass options but I was hoping for something with snow to go with a winter theme. Am I just missing them or is snow-covered ground not an option? I found the falling snow flakes effects but that was as close as I got.
This and Lava surfaces are what im waiting for as well. Hopefully in the next patch they will answer our prayers *hint hint nudge nudge*

Nice work, but in "top view from main keep" looks like you're missing a roof?
The roof is definitely not finished yet, you can walk on it buts theres definitely some clipping/open cracks in some of the walls. The keep is tricky. Its far from complete. Im building all around the keep and the dungeon underneath is a whole nother side of the base im going to get to eventually. I'd say the base is maybe a quarter of the way done? I'm just gonna keep adding more. Its an ongoing project lol.

Lava surfaces. Ones that will hurt you if you are in them.
More animals like horses,snakes,spiders, beasts. Maybe even customizable npcs for store/merit vender/trainer?
More vehicles/nature options. More walls for outdoor bases
Getting rid of the ugly red plot grid as a possuble option.

Yeah, hope the right people are reading this. A lava surface (much like the animated water) for bases would be MUCH
appreciated. Example that one Praerian arc where you save Stateman from Tyrant. You know the one with the lava ponds. Extra bonus points if the powers at be let it still damage you to. Pretty please?

Floating head "Human skull" option. Can we get this available in the think tank at least as an alternative to the brain? That one in theory should be easy. But i would also like to see the human skull useable with hoods and helmets as well. The texture for that is a big step up from the old skull face texture. More skeletal pieces in general would be awesome. Forearms, legs,pelvis, ribcage. Etc. Pretty please??
