I see the Vigilante contact in KW as a Vigilante and he tells me he can't talk to me. And when I see the contact for Hero'es, he can talk to me.

It ports all the stuff from my Tequila folder ok, Then when installing the rest I get this prompt that says "Could not load launcher bootstrap package. This may indicate an internet connectivity issue." Any ideas? I did disable my anti virus for the install as well.
