    Looking for some help with this build as well.. I used to be a little kid who couldn't level past 20 before starting a new character, this is my first 50 in city of heroes and I have no idea how to make a build. Don't want to waste what little influence I have. Seems like a super fun powerset combo for my first max toon though.
