In THIS screenshot, both Radioactive Smash and Contaminated Strike cause the Toxic Damage AoE as intended. 5.6 For Contaminated Strike and 8.59 for Radioactive Smash. This is very confusing.

In this Screenshot, Tiger Enforcer gets contaminated, And further hits with Contaminated Strike cause the small energy AOE to hit Eagle Enforcer for 5.6 damage. Radioactive Smash is not causing the AOE.

In this screentshot, Outcast Cooler has been contaminated and hit with a few followup powers, but there is absolutely no indication of aoe damage. EDIT: I am a fool. It is clearly marked there that Radioactive Smash attacks and hits the Torch and Crusher a moment after I hit cooler. The AoE Comes int eh form of 7.73 toxic.

I am getting this exact problem myself. I also don't seen to ever land critical hits! 😧
