  1. Well, also, my invul scraps don't have e/n to 45% with only one target in range and they are super fine. Also, the power transfer procs help a lot, especially on wp or regen, or any toon really.

  2. WELCOME BACK!!!!!

Can't really go wrong with anything and /SR.  Getting SR to the sweet spot of 45% defense and 95% DDR is fairly easy.  You won't need any defense bonuses from katana or broadsword.  And those attacks' DPS isn't great anyway.  They are better on resist armors IMO.  Martial Arts has a better defense bonus attack if you wanna go super easy route.  Also, MA doesn't have any special mechanics either.

I have a ton of /SR scraps and one SR/ tank.  I want a /SR brute, and have tried several, but nothing has done it for me.  I only have 1 brute I actually still have that hasn't been deleted.

My main is savage/inv scrap.  Savage is a ton of fun.  It's mechanics aren't really too complicated really and can ignore them if you want.  I don't, but I like Hemorrhage and a lot don't.

I would suggest spines/sr.  I may try it myself soon.  Spines has no combo/mechanic stuff.  It is a little end heavy when you take the damage aura, but SR isn't.  Can always skip the aura until end is fine.    Spines can't be ignored visually though.

End issues are mostly solved nowadays with the procs in health and stamina.  And want to make sure attacks have end reduction slotted.  Brute body mastery is awesome as can have 3 performance shifter procs and 3 power transfer procs.

  3. This one should be fairly cheap.  Still perma hasten too.  Had a lot of slots to spare so just threw in stamina and stuff.  Can run focused accuracy all the time if you want.  I usually just take it for ITFs and such and leave it off most of the time.  It is handy if debuffed or they buffed a lot.  This one has all the passive accolades.  Musculature for Alpha cause it is a scrapper.  Rest won't matter.

Edit, one too many 5% recharge bonuses, so could change one of those sets out.  Or leave as is, rest of oblits bonuses are good anyway.

  4. Well, after some playing to lowly vet lvl 4, think I've found best place for ATO proc anyway.  I have it in Freezing Touch.  ST you can use Ice Sword and Greater Ice Sword afterward.  AOE you can use Frozen Aura and Frost.  Did end up going /SR so recharge is high and perma hasten isn't a problem.  Have Freezing Touch proc'd out too so the ATO first most of the time.  Seems ideal.

  5. Here is my Stone/MA tank.  Probably need to switch some stuff around without the crazy Storm Kick buff.  It is overkill in survivability but it is fun and almost never dies even on 4 star ITFs.  Run speed is fine in granite as well.  You can play it without granite too and it is fine for most stuff as a side effect. Mostly made it just to Eagle's Claw in granite form.  Should be good for at least a starting point.  I've never been able to like fire melee on anything but most should translate into other builds aside from storm kick defense buff.

  6. That build is incanated on.  It has almost perma hasten. Alpha is available in build  And when you look at the real recharge numbers of the build they will be accurate.  Agility core.  didnt' bother with the rest cause they generally personal pref.
