    I am on my lvl50 Incarnate as a hero. None of them are showing as active contacts and they are not handing out missions. They are on other toons I have.

    I'll try that. I'm not a 'pure' hero.

    The contacts wont give me missions. I spoke to Ganymede at first who directed me to DJ 0 but neither give missions. Jessica Megan Duncan does not show as an active contact either. blue side.
