as for hymn corrected it and no you need 144% acc it had 139% i missed something i had a kismet slotted which is now back in place actually thanks for that missed it and much worse was grasp was not 95% oh and it ends up at around 150% acc now before tactics
as for the end before absorb levels you only have 1.04 eps drain with darkest night which wont be perma run the toggles are late game so if you dont have absorb you dont have them but you are correct it is a "perma enough" absorb build it is also playstyle i run what i need based on mobtype

my conclusion from doing this atm is the log out timer needs to be removed absolutely the most frustrating thing

i run this build pretty expensive NGL but still better then my widow as for my play style full on wacka wacka face tanking got heal got knockdowns this toon is so safe it is not even funny when your used to a fire/rad with the same play style

brute has higher DOT damage i keep hearing this every time savage is discussed i think it is about time i made one here is my scrapper DOT's from my savage/bio and ill make a brute same build or well as close as i can get same concepts basicly may need to run defense amp not really sure brutes are hard to slot for me i allways pick tank

jokes aside i get what your saying it will likely be a huge workload yes i imagine so but it is a mish mash of powers infact darkest night even has two versions support version 3.17s cast time vs tanker 2.37 making it better on a tanker then a troller/corr

problem for me is i agree with the "offensive toggle" change i also disagree because you cant just say offensive toggle means nothing it is just some tag a dev gave it Rad infection has nothing in common with for example lightning field another offensive toggle not to be confused with the more powerful one called Dynamo that somehow ignores the rules interresting infact that on a blaster a damage aura is defensive if only everyone had such luxury

decided to go test on my 47 grav/psi domi im unable to teleport +4 council bosses get minions and leuts sometimes i literally hit a wormhole fully not a single miss and like 6 enemies was standing over there stunned god knows why as for slotting 5x stupefy no proc 1x KB-KD sudden acceleration
neither of these can be teleported that last one had me rolling my eyes it's a damn leut anyway this is why i dont play it anymore i dont know fold space but i know wormhole is somewhere between flaky and really bad

well you can currently proc 52,5% -res using procs in aoe powers on some sets so yes a tad low

they are absolutely crucial in making soft capped defense builds but for resistance im not sure honestly cant be bothered trying mostly due to mez powers and amps just being too much cheese for me at least with defense you get a chance to deflect some hold/stuns

this is a common issue with some armor really bio shield at least both have some probably a bunch of others worst offender on bio to me is ablative since it covers you in poo bio could use a good minimal fx version what is there now aint that great just removes perma poo

you know i wonder how will the slow loaders do we all play with them here and there they are gonna be stuck logging in and out for like 1h30m or something crazy like that gonna be abit of pissy people around i imagine feeling abit like they get bashed for having cheaper rigs so i think it needs better implementation just my 2 cents though

no it also is quite squishy it is that because a S&L soft cap will cover most attacks and because most -def comes in the form of lethal damage attacks so when they miss me they will hit you optimaly you would soft cap S&L + NRG/NEG i just never found room to do both so i do 44-45 S&L and 32,5 for NRG/NEG/Fire/cold meaning 1 purple soft caps normal content or that is the goal and concept at least but all that being said it wont compete with the two toughest sets ingame entirely no it can just be alot tougher then that build

You're speaking my language. I'm used to either playing on my Tanker where the aggro is mine and you will give it back or my widow that occasionally has Provoke and I have to actively maintain aggro so that's actually really useful.
it makes perfect sense considering i think the same also it has low damage attacks you need something for critical strikes something to feed it a good old finishing move as for a good example one of the best is clobber in warmace this power exemplifies everything i mean when i say finisher and is one of the best out there

here is my take ignore the attacks and please dont ask about spines and the slotting there i concluded this at 50 with i dont like spines and built a rad/bio that i still play anyway the armor slotting is solid over like 10 scrappers for me sorta easy to transfer as a template so i figure maybe it helps
oh and "scranking" not really you dont take agro you have a mag 3 aura you sometimes take short agro with DNA siphon but if a brute farts he now has agro again it is nice when you end up as only melee on team but blasters can still rob your agro helps keep support safe however like troller domi corr fender other then that just avoids runners

on the topic of IG you can get away with 33% on the AFK build it aint perfect but it wont be best option is active and adding in atom smasher as for the breakage yeah it's close i agree i changed the AFK build a little to this basicly altered slight accuracy in pseudo pets and added a little regen/HP props to angel for the template
