I'm not a numbers guy by any means, but I dusted off my old SD/Kin Tanker on Brainstorm and oh my gosh the set feels so nice now. The added DoT on Burst is chef's kiss. I wish Concentrated Strike's DoT had a very small AoE but I think that's just being greedy.

It's not as bad as, say, Psi Armor, but I still grow weary with new glowy powers not having a minimal FX option.

Jesus, please. More of the newer sets really need to have this option,

My favorite 50 is a SD/SS Tank, but I'm way in on the KD (She's got Hand Clap, even) as a way to help not die when Rage crashes. Looking forward to hand Clap being in her build and good.

I'm just excited to finally be able to make a SS/SR or SS/EA or SS/Ice Brute and not feel like I'm doing it wrong.

Isn't this just how balance works? You iterate on something until it's balanced. If anything, I would assume the lag in iteration time is because the devs are working for free (mostly free?) and have a shitload on their plates.

Hello, I'm back, once again asking the forums to help me create my next alt. I've never played Ice Armor before, it was on my to do list before live shut down. My question for all of you much smarter people than myself, is what's the best AT and attack power pairing for it?

Title mostly says it all. I've had the idea bouncing around for a Dark Armor... something in my head for about a month now but am having a hell of a time settling on an AT or an attack primary that does well with it. Qualifier, any build for it would be moderately budget without purples (because my god, the price).

You can do that? Can you share your bind?

I might have to try it as a Brute, just for a change of pace especially after, I'm assuming, the proc changes probably nerf Handclap as a second AoE for SS.

So, what I'm reading is it's time for my 5th Super Strength Tanker.
