I can confirm that if you take the door just after you enter the Sewer System, and go to the location noted .. YES the plaque is there.

I am also having this issue, more so when I leave a completed mission or need to enter one it seems to stop and hang and then becomes non-responsive and I need to close and restart the game to get it running. If I wait long enough it will go back to where I last was but there is nothing there like the aforementioned UI or anything. It does not happen all the time, but close to 60-75% of it. -

Having the same issue. Was doing a mission in Kings Row and then the error message showed up. Cannot relog in as it says that cannot find Map.

I am sure that they are working on it ... just to have the game back is a real joy.

It is a private server and done by fans of the game, to me, it may not be perfect and there are issues .. but still the best game out there.
